Politika e Perdorimit te Pranueshëm

1. Qëllimi

Kjo Politikë e Përdorimit të Pranueshëm përcakton rregullat dhe udhëzimet për përdorimin e platformës easyPoint.al. Të gjithë përdoruesit duhet të respektojnë këtë politikë.

2. Përdorimi i aplikacionit

Përdoruesit e aplikacionit easyPoint duhet të respektojnë rregullat e mëposhtme:

Ruajtja e konfidencialitetit të kredencialeve të hyrjes (PIN, fjalëkalim)
Mosndarja e aksesit të llogarisë me persona të paautorizuar
Përdorimi i sistemit vetëm për qëllime të ligjshme biznesi
Raportimi i menjëhershëm i çdo aksesi të paautorizuar ose problemi sigurie
Respektimi i të drejtave të privatësisë së klientëve dhe stafit
Mbajtja e të dhënave të sakta për produktet, çmimet dhe inventarin

3. Përmbajtje e lejuar

Përdoruesit mund të ngarkojnë vetëm përmbajtje që lidhet drejtpërdrejt me veprimtarinë e tyre të biznesit:

Foto të produkteve dhe artikujve
Përshkrime të produkteve dhe informacion
Çmime dhe oferta promocionale
Logo dhe materiale të markës së biznesit tuaj
Informacion kontakti dhe oraret e punës

4. Përmbajtje dhe veprime të ndaluara

E RËNDËSISHME: Veprimet dhe përmbajtja e mëposhtme janë rreptësisht të ndaluara:

Përmbajtje që shkel të drejtat e autorit ose pronësinë intelektuale të të tjerëve
Imazhe ose tekste mashtruese që nuk përfaqësojnë produktin real
Pretendime të rreme për veti shëndetësore ose terapeutike të produkteve
Përmbajtje diskriminuese, fyese ose nxitëse të urrejtjes
Përmbajtje e paligjshme sipas legjislacionit shqiptar ose ndërkombëtar
Reklamim i produkteve të paligjshme ose të rregulluara pa licensë
Spam, malware ose përmbajtje e dëmshme teknike
Tentativa për të aksesuar të dhëna të përdoruesve të tjerë
Inxhinieri e kundërt ose kopjim i kodit të platformës
Përdorimi i sistemit për mashtrim ose aktivitete të paligjshme financiare

5. Përgjegjësia për të drejtat e autorit

Përdoruesi garanton që ka të gjitha të drejtat e nevojshme për përmbajtjen që ngarkon: Imazhet: Duhet të jenë foto origjinale të bëra nga ju, të blera nga burime të licensuara, ose me leje të qartë nga pronari. Logot dhe markat: Duhet të jenë pronë e biznesit tuaj ose të keni autorizim për përdorimin e tyre. Tekstet: Përshkrimet duhet të jenë origjinale dhe të sakta.

6. Siguria e të dhënave

Përdoruesit janë përgjegjës për sigurinë e të dhënave të tyre:

Përdorni fjalëkalime të forta dhe unike për llogarinë tuaj
Mos ndani kredencialet e hyrjes me të tjerët
Dilni nga sistemi kur nuk e përdorni
Raportoni menjëherë çdo aktivitet të dyshimtë

7. Monitorimi dhe zbatimi

easyPoint.al rezervon të drejtën të monitorojë përdorimin e platformës dhe të ndërmarrë veprime kur është e nevojshme:

Mund të heqim përmbajtje që shkel këtë politikë pa njoftim paraprak
Mund të pezullojmë aksesin në shërbim për shkelje të përsëritura
Mund të mbyllim llogarinë për shkelje të rënda
Mund të bashkëpunojmë me autoritetet për veprimtari të paligjshme

9. Përditësimet e politikës

Users of the easyPoint application must follow these rules:

Do not share account access with unauthorized persons

Immediately report any unauthorized access or security issues
Respect the privacy rights of customers and staff
Maintain accurate data for products, prices, and inventory

3. Permitted content

Users may only upload content directly related to their business activities:

Photos of products and items
Product descriptions and information
Prices and promotional offers
Your business logo and brand materials
Contact information and business hours

4. Prohibited content and actions

IMPORTANT: The following actions and content are strictly prohibited:

Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property of others
Misleading images or text that do not represent the actual product
False health or therapeutic claims about products
Discriminatory, offensive, or hate-inciting content
Content that is illegal under Albanian or international law
Advertising of illegal or unlicensed regulated products
Spam, malware, or technically harmful content
Attempts to access other users' data
Reverse engineering or copying platform code
Using the system for fraud or illegal financial activities

5. Copyright responsibility

The user warrants that they have all necessary rights to the content they upload: Images: Must be original photos taken by you, purchased from licensed sources, or with clear permission from the owner. Logos and brands: Must be owned by your business or you must have authorization for their use. Text: Descriptions must be original and accurate.

6. Data security

Users are responsible for the security of their data:

Use strong and unique passwords for your account
Do not share login credentials with others
Log out of the system when not in use
Report any suspicious activity immediately

7. Monitoring and enforcement

easyPoint.al reserves the right to monitor platform usage and take action when necessary:

We may remove content that violates this policy without prior notice
We may suspend access to the service for repeated violations
We may terminate accounts for serious violations
We may cooperate with authorities for illegal activities
